One such event is Brand Wars, an exercise at BIBS Kolkata that has been developed to give first-year students a real-time understanding of how branding plays a vital role in creating the life-cycle of any product or service. Students get to ideate, create, design and develop the branding for products in this team-based activity. The finals see the groups presenting their products through their brand, logo, marketing strategy and media plans including advertisements both print and visual as well as radio.
