US Capital Partners Inc. has put in place a second round of financing to support the continued expansion of a Canadian distributor of residential and commercial roofing materials.
San Francisco, CA, USA, August 05, 2015 -- US Capital Partners Inc. has provided a follow-on term loan for Tora Ventures, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta in Canada. US Capital Partners is a private investment bank that makes direct debt investments, participates in debt facilities, and has robust distribution for debt and equity private placements for small and medium-sized businesses in the United States and abroad.
