SAP BI was initially given name as SAP BW (Business Information Warehouse), but is now well-known as SAP NetWeaver BI.

SAP BW (Business Information Warehouse) is the name of the Reporting, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and analytical solutions which is one of the foremost enterprise software applications formed by SAP AG.
