Old Lions Still Roar Inc and Wabi Sabi Productions Inc. Launches Innovative Funding Initiative for Musical Theater

New York, NY, October 22, 2013 -- Old Lions Still Roar Inc and Wabi Sabi Productions Inc. announces the launching of a fundraising initiative targeted for accredited investors to produce new Musical Theater and other entertainment. This raise will be for the sale of Old Lions Still Roar Inc. common stock sold through a (PPM) Private Placement Memorandum. The start-up company will be producing Music, Musical Theater, TV, Film and digital entertainment content for worldwide distribution.

Changes to the rules by the SEC as outlined in the new "JOBS act" allows companies to now advertise their Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) through Social Media, Ads, Email Blast and other advertising means. This is only for sales of their common stock to accredited investors and not to the general public.

A. Michael Storm the CEO of Old Lions Still Roar Inc. is the main creative force behind the company. Along with Emmitt Thrower the President and Founder of the Not For Profit Wabi Sabi Productions Inc have put together an International team of creative professionals to work with the company. They all are also shareholders. The core group also collaborates with creative professionals to produce superior entertainment content. The business core of 3-4 professionals run the business of the company.

This was accomplished by eliminating or reducing high overhead costs from the big office and full time staffing model of current and past companies. The start-up company maintains a small core (4) of creative professionals to run the company including Emmitt Thrower and A. Michael Storm. They work mostly work from home offices as do all core members. This is a cost saving move by Old Lions Still Roar. Near future plans include getting assistants for core members and a small NY office for Executive Producer Emmitt Thrower who heads up the NY operations.

Much of Old Lions Still Roar’s original entertainment content in music is produced through International and National Collaborations with various composers. Their list of Collaborators is diverse and impressive. Composers from Hungary, London, New Mexico, Tennessee and other locations have joined "Old Lions"and they already have created music and content for the many developing Musicals and Film projects. A. Michael Storm over the past 5 years has created a wealth of intellectual properties in Musicals, Plays with music, TV and Film.
