Oberheiden Law Launches Nationwide Birth Injury Practice

DALLAS, Sept. 24, 2020 - Oberheiden Law has announced the expansion of its nationwide practice to include the representation of families in birth injury claims. According to firm founder Dr. Nick Oberheiden, the firm has hand-picked a team of highly-experienced birth injury lawyers and medical experts to assist with handling birth injury claims involving cerebral palsy (CP), hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and the multitude of other conditions that far too often result from medical mistakes during pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

“At Oberheiden Law, we are committed to securing justice for our clients,” says Dr. Oberheiden. “By expanding our nationwide practice to include birth injury claims, our lawyers will now be able to use their experience to hold medical professionals and hospitals accountable when they make mistakes that lead to tragic life-altering and life-threatening birth injuries.”

Oberheiden Law is also pleased to announce that nationally-renowned trial attorney James S. Bell has joined the firm as a Senior Partner. Mr. Bell will work with Dr. Oberheiden and the rest of the firm’s attorneys to represent families who are struggling to cope with the financial and psychological effects of birth injuries caused by medical malpractice.

Dr. Oberheiden is known nationwide as a passionate advocate and litigator who is capable of effectively representing his clients’ interests in insurance settlement negotiations and at trial. Mr. Bell is a seasoned trial attorney who is known for securing high-dollar settlements and verdicts, including some of the largest injury compensation awards in U.S. history. Together Dr. Oberheiden and Mr. Bell have secured more than $6 billion for their clients.

According to Dr. Oberheiden, the firm is now accepting cases nationwide involving all types of birth injuries. This includes fetal and neonatal injuries linked to complications during pregnancy, labor, or delivery that could have been avoided with appropriate medical care. Dr. Oberheiden says that parents do not need to know the specific cause of their child’s injury in order to contact the firm.

Parents of children who have been diagnosed with birth injuries are encouraged to schedule a free initial consultation with one of the firm’s attorneys. The firm can be reached by phone at 866-339-4186 or online at www.MyBirthInjuryLawFirm.com
