Salt Lake City, Utah, October 09, 2014 -- Noted for their flair in technological and architectural design, The Falls Event Center, LLC announced today that it has broken ground for the construction of two event centers side-by-side at 4105 and 4125 Figarden Drive in Fresno, California. The $7 million development is projected to be completed for opening by May 1, 2015.
When completed, the community will be able to enjoy affordable elegance in two highly-sophisticated, creatively-designed event centers. The multi-use design of the event centers makes the facilities ideal for weddings, parties, quinceañeras and holiday entertainment as well as for virtually any business-related activity.

The two buildings at The Falls Event Center, Fresno will total 17,000 square feet of venue space. Sacramento-area-based construction firm, Sierra View General Contractor, and its team of Fresno-area subcontractors will be constructing the two elegant facilities.
The Falls Event Center, LLC—based in West Jordan, Utah—was founded in 2011 by noted financial author and business pioneer Steve Down (stevedown.com). The Falls currently has one operating center in St. George, Utah and two more scheduled to open Nov. 3 in Elk Grove, Calif. It also has 12 more facilities in various stages of development including Roseville, Calif.; Gilbert, Ariz.; Peoria, Ariz.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Littleton, Colo.; Centennial, Colo. and Salt Lake City, Utah.
