Dancer and choreographer Terence Lewis who is a judge on So You Think You Can Dance - Ab India Ki Baari along with Madhuri Dixit says he has known her for almost 16 years now and even helped her get fitter when she was shooting for Pukar.

Reminiscing his early days when he was struggling to become a dance instructor, he says, "I used to teach dancing and visit my clients’ homes. But there was not much work. My career was just not getting a head start. It was then I realized that I should turn to physical training, since I was also trained in that. I used to teach aerobics at Sunita Kapoor’s studio in those days and she recommended my fitness training to Madhuri. The actress, who had put on a little weight during the shooting of Pukar, was looking for a trainer and she called me. Thinking it was a prank I just kept the phone because I could not believe that Madhuri Dixit the star was calling me. Then she called again and I met her. I trained her for almost a year as she wanted to tone up for the que Sera Sera song with PrabhuDheva. She was extremely dedicated and followed a strict regime exactly as I told her." He also shared his chai moment with the dancing Diva. Early in the morning while of the house maid’s used to be asleep the dancing diva herself use to make a cup of tea for me.
