With number of cities increasing, expanding market, urbanisation and increasing population there is urgent requirement for getting Gumasta Licenses.
Keeping this in mind, LegalDocs has decided to enter into the field of Gumasta license services. Gumasta License Registration is mandatory for everyone who intends to do business. Gumasta / Shop Act license is basically a Online registration Process done in the name of a business or a firm or any consultant which wants to do a business so that it gets registered officially with the local body concerned.
Gumasta Registration / Renewal comes under Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai under Maharashtra Shops and Establishment Act 1948. Gumasta License Registration is a must where number of employees are greater than 10 else MSME registration is sufficient.
LegalDocs intends to give door to door service to its customers. There is no need for its customers to go anywhere for the Shop Act License. Only the list of documents required are to be mailed or can be collected from the customer’s house and a form containing personal details are to be filled.
