EnviroFry Introduces Fiber Optics Video Camera Mold Inspection Inside Arizona Home Walls & Ceilings

By Phillip Fry on October 06 2014 | 484 Views

Certified Environmental Hygienist Lee Maglanoc uses a fiber optics cable with a video camera to do mold inspection inside walls, ceilings, and HVAC air ducts in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tucson

Montrose, MI, October 05, 2014 -- To find toxic mold growth inside the walls, ceilings, and heating/air conditioning supply and return air ducts of homes and workplaces in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tucson, and elsewhere in Arizona, EnviroFry has begun using a fiber optics cable video inspection camera, announces Phillip Fry, Certified Environmental Hygienist, who has been the webmaster since 1999 of the mold information website www.moldinspector.com.

Mold growth is often hidden inside a building, with the result that the occupants who suffer many resulting and serious, mold-related health problems cannot see the mold cause of their health afflictions, adds Mr. Fry, who is also a Professional Industrial Hygienist, Certified Environmental Inspector, and Certified Remediation Specialist.

Fiber optics cable video camera inspection through small holes cut into walls and ceilings is one component of the comprehensive mold inspection done for Arizona houses and commercial buildings by EnviroFrys Arizona manager Lee Maglanoc, Certified Environmental Hygienist, who has over 20 years experience in building environmental inspection and remediation.

Mr. Maglanocs thorough mold inspections also include:

(1) Careful visual inspection inside the attic, inside HVAC air supply and return ducts, and all rooms and areas inside the structure;

(2) Collecting a mold sample of all discovered visible mold growth for lab analysis for mold species identification and quantification;

(3) Collecting a sample of the outward air flow from the HVAC air ducts and of room air in key rooms such as the living room and bedrooms for lab analysis;

(4) Collecting an outdoor air sample that will also be lab analyzed to serve as a comparison standard and point of reference to help evaluate the severity of indoor mould test lab results;

(5) Measuring and recording the indoor humidity of all rooms and areas because indoor humidity that exceeds 70% some or all of the time will drive mold growth; and

(6) Written report of Mr. Maglanocs findings and mold lab results, including a mold remediation protocol plan and bid quotation to get rid of any significant toxic mold problems discovered during the inspection and testing.

To schedule mold inspection, testing, and mold removal for a home, office, store, or workplace in the East Valley, metro Phoenix, metro Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff, Yuma, or anywhere else in Arizona, phone Lee Maglanoc 602-757-1918, or email azmoldinspector@yahoo.com, or visit the websites www.arizonamoldinspection.net, www.mesamoldinspection.com, or www.tucsonmoldinspector.com.
