Elisha Kriis Hosts Indias First International Travel Show

Model Elisha Kriis ruled the ramp as a model and now, tries her luck as a host for a new show in Travelxp, Indias First International Travel Channel. The model turned actress is a passionate traveler and loves to explore new countries and people. Fond of sports and other activities like horse riding, jet skiing, skating, dancing, acting and singing, the Elisha became the first choice for hosting the travel shows.

Life of a model always comprises of tours and shoots and this is how she developed the passion for touring the world and collecting memories from all her trips. Also, as a child she dreamt of touring the entire world and her career as a model helped accomplish this dream of Elisha Kriis. Her love for tasting different cuisines, experiencing the lifestyle of people from different countries and capturing the scenic beauties from all across the world, made her the perfect host for the travel shows.

The shows will show her traveling all across the continents and countries such as Europe, Middle-East and South East Asia. She interacted with the local people and explored their real life, historic landmarks, desserts, islands, cathedrals, castles and Alps. During these tours she also got the chance of pursuing several adventure sports, got pampered at the best heritage resorts and enjoyed mouth watering cuisines. Amongst all these tours, she says her stay at Venice is most memorable. The sculptures, music, food and the love showed by the locals is something she will never forget. She would love visiting Italy again any time she gets the chance.

She gained the confidence of hosting shows and walking the ramp during her college days itself. She participated in several pageants and won them all easily with her talent, beauty and brains. This helped her dream to become a successful model in the tinsel town, Mumbai. She hosted several corporate events, student and women empowerment workshops, and also did designer shoots for several magazines. Soon after these shoots, she received the opportunity to host the travel show in Travelxp Channel. Amongst all her shoots, she believes her shoot in Norway made her feel at heaven. Experiencing the beauty of midnight sun at 2 am, crossing the snow clad diamond like mountains of the Arctic made her feel closer to God and breath air with a new freshness and energy.

Apart from just hosting this travel show, she has also made a career in the film and television industries. She acted in several plays and has also directed a short film named Kismat. Moreover, her hobbies like meditating, reading books, listening to instrumental music and belly dancing help her to stay fit and ready for all types of shoots and shows.
