Dispute Resoultion Nepal: Assured Risks Lets the Truth Out

Dispute resolution Nepal: assured risks lets the truth out.

The Nepal Police Force and Nepal Government officials fail to turn up to an International Court of Arbitration hearing in France, Assured Risks (uk) takes steps to let the truth be told about the contract between the two parties through the International court.

Spokesman for Assured Risks - Mr. Alan Boydell referred to the hearing in France today “ there isn’t anything else Assured Risks as a company can do, it certainly wouldn’t be worth our time trying to go to a Nepalese court for obvious reason, so as per our original contract signed between ourselves and the Nepal Police Force we have come to the International Court of Law, we had heard about these false accusations only through our local representative and various dubious media sources in Nepal about what went on with the equipment supplied to the UN Mission in Darfur, so ourselves and the manufactures of the APC’s are here in France to hopefully draw a line under the issue”

“Official letters about the hearing have been sent to the Nepal Police force Headquarters in Naxal, Kathmandu and to the Ministry of Interior in Nepal along with letters to the local Nepalese Embassy but no response – this obviously speaks volumes as far as we are concerned said Mr Boydell.”

Our advise is to be very careful if anyone is seriously thinking about working with the Nepal Police Force, our thoughts really go out to the people of Nyala in Darfur, Sudan who were supposed to benefit from the Nepal peacekeeping force, in the future the United Nations should really look at who it sends to cover these peace keeping operations and if there were to be sent it should be overseen by a neutral third party in my opinion.
