Stereochemistry is the study of the static and dynamic aspects of the three-dimensional shapes of molecules. It has long provided a foundation for understanding structure and reactivity. Approximately 50% of marketed drugs are chiral, and of these approximately 50% are mixtures of enantiomers rather than single enantiomers. The scientific program will focus on current advances in the research and use of chemistry and related with particular focus on its roles and applications in various field.
