Cape Town Kitesurfing Lessons

Cabrinha has been teaching kitesurfing since it opened and all instructors are fully qualified. They have also recently adapted a unique method of using radio helmets, allowing consistent communication between instructor and student during a lesson. Cabrinha offers 2, 4 & 6 hour daily courses as well as a 3 day (12 hour) full beginner’s kitesurfing course at a rate of R350 per hour per student (in a group.) Stand Up Paddling (SUP) Lessons

Standup paddling (SUP) is quickly becoming a popular sport both in the Cape and worldwide. This sport is much more relaxing than kitesurfing, allows more time on the water and can be done on lakes and dams too. Cabrinha will teach you the basics and get you enjoying it in no time. All SUP lessons are run with a 24hr notice period. 1 hour Group SUP lesson is R490 and 2 hours is R980. This includes all equipment and instructor. Surf Lessons

The oldest and perhaps most popular of the three sports is good-old, classic surfing. Cabrinha has offered surf lessons for years now and will ensure you are riding confidently before you know it. Group surf lessons cost R390 per hour (equipment and instructor inclusive.)
