Center Stage Creation is gearing up to captivate the audience of Kolkata with global production house AGP World’s much acclaimed intense Hindi drama “Barff” on 22nd July, 2017 at G.D. Birla Sabhagar. This is the very first time that Barff will be performed in Kolkata.
Barff is written and directed by the immensely talented national award winning actor Saurabh Shukla, who has amazed us with his performance innumerable times.
“Kolkata is very close to my heart. This is the first time we will be performing in Kolkata and I am elated. I hope the audience of Kolkata gives us as much love as we have been receiving in other cities. It is a matter of pride for me that Barff is being showcased in different cities in India,” Saurabh Shukla stated.
“It is an exciting time for theatre in this country. I am so glad that Barff is travelling across the country. The kind of response we have received until now has been great and I am hoping that Kolkata too enjoys the play,” Producer Ashvin Gidwani added.
Set in picturesque Kashmir during winter, BARFF is a thriller which spans over one night. Desperate parents of an ailing child and an unsuspecting doctor are the three lives caught in the whirlwind of conflicting questions of truth, reality and belief.
The cast of the play includes Saurabh Shukla, Sunal Kumar Palwal, who was last seen in Jolly LLB 2, and popular television actress Sadiya Siddiqui.
The play is all set to be performed at G.D. Birla Sabhagar, Kolkata on Saturday, 22nd July, 2017 at 6:30pm.
