Guests will start their dining experience with a choice of fresh Caesar or chopped salad. Entrée choices include one of eight signature Arrowhead Grill selections, including the restaurant’s famous USDA Prime Delmonico steak, a savory 10-ounce prime rib, a half rack of lamb, slow roasted chicken, tender braised salmon, seasonal fish or a perfectly cooked 8-ounce filet. Sides include Arrowhead Grill’s delicious twice-baked potato, sautéed mushrooms and onions, creamed corn or spinach, mashed potatoes or sautéed broccoli.

Clients and co-workers will delight in dessert options like decadent flourless chocolate cake or AG’s famous butter cake. Arrowhead Grill’s 3-Course private dining experience is $58.99 per person.

It begins with a choice of appetizer: pretzel fondue, calamari or coconut shrimp. The second course offers a choice of fresh Caesar or chopped salad followed by a choice of one of eight delicious entrées, one of nine sides and ends the evening on a sweet note with one of Chef Charles’ signature desserts.

For their entrée, guests can select from among Arrowhead Grill’s most renown dishes, including sea bass, a 22-ounce rib-eye steak, an 8-ounce filet, a 15-ounce prime rib, slow roasted chicken, seasonal fish or a full rack of lamb.

Sides like sautéed asparagus or broccoli, sautéed mushrooms and onions, sautéed spinach, creamed corn or spinach, mashed potatoes, or a baked potato or twice baked potato make for perfect pairings. Cool key lime pie, crème brûlée or Arrowhead Grill’s famous butter cake ends the evening on a high note.
