Her journey has included studying the history, lineage, philosophy, and systems of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, and Bikram yoga, focusing on Vinyasa Flow to deepen her own practice. She currently teaches Vinyasa Flow and all level Hatha yoga.
